At Label Shruti and Kriti, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations due to size issues or damage during transit, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

minor variations in print and fabric (as these are part of the handcrafted nature of our products).

2. Conditions for Return

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notification and approval.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a sitewide sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that do not meet our return criteria, including worn, washed, altered, or damaged products (not due to our fault), will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • A 100% refund will be issued once the returned item passes our quality check.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
  • If the product fails our quality check (appears worn/used, missing tags, or not in original condition), we reserve the right to decline the return.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our team within 5 days of delivery and share the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Delivery Address
    • Reason for return (and in case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly attach product images)
  • If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged/defective.
